MY MISS CONNECTICUT MARKETING PLAN
As Miss Connecticut, my mission is rooted in purpose, passion, and impact. I am dedicating my year of service to three powerful initiatives that reflect who I am and what I stand for: empowering young women through the Miss Connecticut Organization, transforming MS education nationwide, and breaking the stigma around mental health and body image through fitness and neuroscience.
RECRUITMENT AND MENTORSHIP: MISS CONNECTICUT ACADEMY
I will personally mentor young women through monthly workshops called the Miss Connecticut Academy, where I’ll guide them through every phase of competition—from paperwork and interview prep to walking confidently in heels.
These sessions will help women enter their first pageant with confidence, purpose, and a clear understanding of the Miss America Opportunity.
I will also help participants develop and grow their Community Service Initiatives (CSIs) by offering personalized strategy sessions to refine their mission, build partnerships, and transform their passion into impactful programs.
I will speak at high schools and universities across the state, sharing my experience and inviting more young women to get involved.
SPONSORSHIP GROWTH PLAN
I have compiled a list of Connecticut businesses and organizations that support nonprofits, scholarships, and women’s empowerment initiatives. Within my first month as Miss Connecticut, I will meet with each one to present sponsorship opportunities that align their brand with a legacy of leadership and scholarship. This plan will support my goal of raising $30,000 in scholarships to benefit the next generation of titleholders.
PATH TO 30
I am committed to expanding our organization in both participation and sponsorship to ensure every young woman has the opportunity to experience the empowerment and scholarship of Miss Connecticut.
As Miss Connecticut’s Outstanding Teen, I recruited 15 girls into the organization and raised $15,000 in scholarships that were awarded at the state pageant. As Miss Connecticut, I will double these numbers, recruiting 30 girls and raising $30,000 in scholarships during my year of service.

VISIBL-MS: EDUCATING THE NATION, ONE CAMPUS AT A TIME
Multiple Sclerosis (MS) affects nearly 1 million Americans, yet 50% of patients are misdiagnosed. Through my educational tool VISIBL-MS, I am working to change this reality.
MY MISSION
Educate students across high schools, colleges, and universities on the early signs of MS and what to watch for in themselves and their loved ones.
Break the stigma: Many assume MS leads to blindness and paralysis. The truth is, with early detection and treatment, most people with MS can live full lives.
Expand VISIBL-MS to at least one university in every state, building a national movement for awareness and change.

CYRFIT: WHERE MINDSET BUILDS MUSCLE
Through my own journey of eating disorder recovery, I learned that true physical health begins with mental health. You cannot be truly physically fit until you are mentally fit.
HOW I'M LEADING THE CHANGE:
Sharing science-backed strategies from neuroscience to help others regulate their nervous systems and build resilience
Promoting CYRFIT: my fitness philosophy and platform that combines mental wellness + physical strength
Creating and sharing free video content with workouts, regulation tools, and my personal healing story
Speaking out for others facing disordered eating, helping them feel seen, heard, and supported
Together, we can change the way we define health from the inside out.
