ABOUT BROOKE

Brooke Cyr is a powerhouse in every sense of the word. As an NPC Connecticut Women’s Champion Bodybuilder, MS Advocate and Researcher, and Miss America Scholarship Organization Competitor, she’s redefining what it means to be strong—both physically and mentally.

With her fitness initiative, #CyrFit, Brooke believes that true physical fitness starts with mental resilience. She uses her platform to share expert-backed fitness insights, mindset shifts, and wellness strategies that she’s mastered through her own journey.

Her passion for Multiple Sclerosis (MS) advocacy began at just 10 years old. Now, as a national ambassador for the MS Society and a published researcher, Brooke is breaking barriers in medical education. She developed the first bilingual early-detection framework for MS, which is already part of the UConn Medical School curriculum and will expand to Yale School of Nursing in 2025. In addition, she’s launching a statewide speaking tour to inspire the next generation of scientists and healthcare professionals.

Beyond the gym and the lab, Brooke shines in the Miss America Scholarship Organization as the current Miss Bristol and a former Miss Connecticut’s Outstanding Teen. Competing for Miss Connecticut 2025, she continues to amplify her mission of empowerment, service, and resilience.

A graduate of Sacred Heart University with a degree in Neuroscience, Brooke is currently pursuing a Master’s in Comparative Biomedical Science at the University of Georgia, all while working as a veterinary technician and preparing for vet school applications. Her dedication to both human and animal health proves she’s unstoppable in her pursuit of making a difference.

From the competition stage to the research lab, from fitness coaching to philanthropy, Brooke Cyr is on a mission to inspire, educate, and empower—and she’s just getting started.
