As someone who holds a degree in neuroscience and has personally walked the path of recovery and self-transformation, I know that true strength is rooted in mental resilience. Years ago, I made a promise to myself: to become the healthiest version of me, no matter how long it took. Through that commitment, I learned that physical progress is only possible when the mind is nurtured first.
